Our agreements typically run from 2 to 5 years, giving you long-term stability and consistent income. The exact term is agreed upfront based on your property and circumstances. Longer agreements often allow us to offer more competitive rental rates.


What happens if the property is empty?

Nothing changes for you — you still receive your full guaranteed rent payment. That's the entire point of the model. Whether the property is occupied, between tenants, or undergoing minor works, your income is not affected. The occupancy risk sits entirely with us, not with you.


Do you manage the property as well?

Yes — guaranteed rent comes with full property management included. We handle tenant sourcing and vetting, inventory, regular inspections, maintenance coordination, and all day-to-day tenant communication. Where needed, we also carry out a complimentary cosmetic refurbishment before the agreement begins to ensure your property is presented at its best.
